Primafruit Limited (“Primafruit) does not accept unsolicited CVs from recruiters or employment agencies.
Recruiters or employment agencies should therefore contact Primafruit’s HR Department by emailing email@example.com before any candidate is put forward for employment. To ensure its compliance with data protection legislation and before it accepts any candidate CV, Primafruit will also require assurances from recruiters and employment agencies that all candidate information has been collected and disclosed in accordance with data protection law and that candidates have been provided with a copy of Primafruit’s privacy notice (available from HR Department upon request).
Without the authorisation of the HR department to submit CVs for a role, Primafruit will not agree to the payment of any referral or recruiter fee should the candidate subsequently be recruited (whether via the recruiter or otherwise).
