Main responsibilities of the role

  • Maintaining all HR paperwork, databases and employee records accurately and efficiently.
  • Updating communication areas.
  • Producing letters and other HR correspondence.
  • Co-ordinating training requirements such as booking courses and compiling reports.
  • Taking meeting minutes for employee performance cases.
  • Assisting the HR team on ad hoc projects.

Requirements

  • Great with people, numbers, organisation and time management.
  • A sound administrative background with experience in a HR team or similar function desirable.
  • Diligent, proactive and happy to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Part/full CIPD qualification advantageous but not essential.
  • The ability to multitask and prioritise a changing workload, working with pace and a positive energy and outlook.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with absolute discretion and confidentiality.
  • The ability to build relationships at all levels across the business.
